You don't even deserve one star. Ordered a TV from Takealot, when I opened the box, the TV screen was cracked. Who expects a cracked TV in a brand new TV box?! Sent it back and Takealot took their time to respond until I had to follow up. Received an email to say it's "visible user damage" accompanied with pictures of a further damaged TV that looked like it had been smashed with a hammer, saying that they would return the TV to me. Insinuating that I'm a **** and damaged the TV. I too have pictures and it looks nothing like the pictures that were sent to me from the warehouse. No way am I paying 13k for a broken TV! This is *****ery.
