Daylight ******s don't buy from them

I returned 2 items and requested a refund NOT a credit but it seems Takealot want to keep my money. I have ahd to ask for this refund for weeks and months now but they just won't give my money back. I am promised to be paid back but since the last communication and confirmation on the 26th of october my money has not been paid back to me. I always have to demand my money from Takealot they just don't take instruction well. Don't think there's management there, everyone just does as they please. I bet someone has munched my money and even forgot about it already.
