I paid for premium next-day delivery. After taking my money, you changed the delivery date to the 30th, split my order without consent, and decided I’ll get items when it suits you. That is not next-day delivery. That’s straight-up misleading.

Customer service is a joke. You hide behind emails that get ignored and hope people give up. This is not incompetence, it’s a business model.

Either deliver the full order TODAY or tomorrow morning (8–9am) as paid for, or refund the premium fee immediately. Anything else is you charging for a service you don’t provide.

I will not be quiet about this. Do your job or stop selling **** “premium” options, atleast bugulars put some effort it your guys go in dry no effort required!
