Day two and still no delivery
Yesterday morning I received an sms to say my order was on its way and would be delivered before 1700. At 8:00 I phoned Takealot requesting that delivery by done before 1545 as no-one would be around at 17:00 to receive the parcel. Several times during the course of the day I was assured this would happen. By 1600 the parcel had not been delivered. Day 2 - I received an sms this morning again. Same story only today I was assured the parcel would be delivered by 1500. Again this has not happened. So I'm wondering what Takealot is going to do about this and why should I usd Takelot in future? I am disappointed and very very ****ed off. Irritatingly you have only loot for competition now that you've gobbled up Kalahari. Is it too much to ask to use a courier who will deliver when they say they will?
