Day light ******* /Extremely shocking service
I am struggling to even find words to explain how I feel about the service I have received from TAKEALOT. On the 23rd of October 2015 I purchased what they call a Peruvian lace front wig for R2273.00. As per the product description, the hair can be washed, bleached and even dyed.<br> When I received the hair I was so excited and happy because the service was really quick and easy and delivery was made as promised .I removed the lace put dye on the hair and got the SHOOK of My Life. The never changed colour at all and it tangled .The quality is really pathetic and I have never in my life seen such **** synthetic hair called Peruvian.<br> <br> I emailed TAKEALOT and the hair was collected yesterday at 08h41 My order number : RRN-6609dfb8<br> Honestly guys please do me a favour and refund my money with immediate effect or else this matter will be dealt with by the Consumer Protection. Please do not even bother to credit my account because I will never anything from you ever again .<br>
We understand that you're disappointed with the wig not changing colour after you had dyed it. We instructed our complaints team to further investigate this situation with the relevant departments. We've gone over the details relayed on the product listing and noted that it states that this item is only suitable for curling, straightening and bleaching for the purpose of highlighting the hair. As per the listing customers are advised not to bleach the entire wig as it has already been bleached and coloured. Furthermore customers are also cautioned that bleaching and colouring the hair always leads to damage.
We've liaised with our returns department on this matter and they've confirmed that a collection has already taken place. Once the wig reaches our DC it will be assessed and our returns team will be in touch with feedback on the outcome.
