Day light *******

I bought a TV on Thursday night, paid for it. Received confirmation email that they have received my payment.

On Friday they sent an email saying they have canceled my order because they didn't receive the payment.

Went on the online track the order, I have ordered 3 items, two are on the way but the TV was canceled.

I have proof of payment, and they confirmed receiving it, for some odd reason, the other two parcels are on the way except for the TV, whereas I proceeded one payment.

There's not even credit or refund on my account, so my money just grew legs and vanished.
