Day light *******!!!

This is regarding missing item on delivery number #*** ,delivered by Tshambiluni Nemavhola. I tried contacting your complaints department, am treated as if it's a lie that I paid for item and it wasn't delivered to me, am told to get DMx codes etc, why don't they investigate from their side what was sent out to me and give me the damn reported item that wasn't shipped , I want my item or my money back asap because means you used to robbing people. I WANT IT BACK ,HOW DO U TREAT ME AS A **** AFTER PAYING FOR ITEM AND DID NOT RECIT
