Daughters birthday destroyed!

I ordered my daughters gifts on the 9th of February. Was advised that one item was holding back my order and to fast track the order I should cancel it and at least get 2 out of the 3 gifts! Today I call and told that supppliers have not delivered one item, so needless to say my daughter will not be getting her order on her birthday! Takealot agents are very friendly but your suppliers are causing clients to shop elsewhere! Any other time I would be ok but not when it disappoints my little girl!
