Dangerous TakeAlot delivery tuk-tuks

TakeAlot makes use of these small tuk-tuk delivery vehicles. Most of them have tail lights that can hardly be seen or is not in working order. Shouldnt they have chevrons or at least reflective tape on the bins. I witnessed a young girl the other night almost rear-ending one of these because the tail-lights were not working and NO reflective tape whatsoever
