DANGEROUS COLLECTION

I collected an item at the Benoni Collection Point in Apex. I was denied access to the premises with my car, despite the parking being about 98% empty.

I was told I must park outside in the street. I felt totally vulnerable and exposed in a remote industrial area.

Not good enough, especially when I've paid R25 for the privilege. The staff member offered no support, it was more of a "take it or leave it" attitude.

Takealot is declining, slowly but surely. Pity. One wonders what will happen to them with competition like Amazon set to expand in Africa?
