Damged product - no resolve

I have been having the most frustrating experience with my Take-A-Lot product. I bought headsets for R1650. Had it for 6 months, out of witch I only used it for 4 months. I looked after it and kept it in its box when I took them off. A month ago while working the one ear just dropped off. I logged a return, but was informed via email by Marwaan from Take-A-lot that the manufacturer said they will not fix or replace it as I bent the ear piece the wrong way, thus my 1 year warren tee does not apply. I waited 2 weeks for the driver to collect my broken product. I've had no responses to my email asking if there is a way I can contact the supplier myself, and was just told Take-A-lot is happy to come drop off my now broken headset, without any resolve. I've been a loyal customer, but this experience will make me never buy from this site again. THat headphones was expensive, and should have lasted me years in the way I looked after them. I would urge people to think twice before using take-a-lot, because you cant deal with people and get things reloved when there is a problem with your product. Had I bought this at a shop myself, I am sure it would have been replaced or fixed.
