Damages beyond repair

Send a Cooker back that wasn't working. Received it back after 3 weeks with the comment nothing was wrong. when opening the box the pieces fall out of the box. The box was for sure dropped and the cooker damages beyond repair. Please just give back my money and I will buy from somebody else with better services
