Damaged tv

I purchased a tv with a 5 yr warranty, the tv starred making funny sounds and it just had lines, I took the tv off from the wall and wrapped it up as I logged a complaint for collection, the item was returned as is not even looked at and no contact was made with me. I contated them again once again they collected the tv as for this time it wouldn't even switch on at all no one had a answer for me as to why, they collected the tv since again now they coming with stories about the lcd being damaged and the only thing I can think of is them or the couriers they tv was gone for so long I don't know where ig has all been and now they want to return ut as is after wasted so much airtime on calling them they don't even return your calls, they just give references everytime and the last girl Nokuluga didn't even log a complaint just said she will return ig I don't want that faulty tv back it needs to be fixed.
