Damaged stock delivered today 26.07.2024

I have order 6 pack roll and the box was delivered a few minutes ago all wet at the bottom. I opened and found that the bottles inside are broken and the liquid had leaked out. I called the driver immediately to come back and he said to log it on the app, but the app is not giving me any options apart from saying it cannot be returned unless damaged by delivery. but the app is not giving an option to log a return for damaged stock delivered.
