Damaged running waste belt

Disgusting service from Take a lot. I bought a running waist belt from take a lot. After using it 2 times, when i arrive home and belt and my phone felt down. When i check it female lock is has fallen off, while i was running. Email and phone call correspondence with Take-a-lot from the beginning of June they and they were promising to replace the belt, but today, they send me the same damage belt and they are telling me my return was declined
