Damaged products from Takealot

I purchased 3 books from Takealot which just arrived today. I find I funny that a company that purchased Kalahari.com (formerly an amazing online book retailer), has staff that does not understand that their hands have to be clean when handling books. They are covered in dirty finger prints which have stained the paper. Clearly the larger Takealot gets, the less the care about the quality of their service. Yet another embarrassment for SA.
