Damaged products & Difficult return/refund process

2 problems: 1. Receieved a broken product. They decided to reject my return and refund becuase of the damaged packaging (which had no relation to my original reason for return). They sent it back twice and after speaking with 6 different personnel was the problem sorted 2. Delivery for in stock items can take a full week. Rather buy from Loot.co.za. for books specifically. Their communication and helpfulness is really great and delivery only takes 1-2 days
