Damaged product from Takealot

I bought a car cover from takealot, received the item and it was to small, I then exchange it for a bigger size and received it open it to inspect the cover just to notice that it was an damaged item and immediately logged a refund.

A day later I received a email from them to say that the refund was canceled and the package was going to be delivered back to me. I then cantacted the again and they say it was my fault that it's damaged and can't refund mind you that takealot have send ma multiple damaged items or used items were the package is damaged or it's not sealed and the item was used.

Im sending them emails and nobody is replying and calling them but yet not body is still coming back to me.
