Damaged product

I have bought stove oven set with its hob almost 2 weeks ago that was delivered last week Friday. When I open the package yesterday so the technician to fit the stove in, we then meet surprise. The oven seems to be fallen off from the supplier or courier and it badly damaged. When I lodge complain about the stove, I am been told that the return declined. And takealot refers me to Univa. I don't understand why am I been directed to Univa to deal with them, I mean I don't know this people to start with. I bought the product from takealot and I believe they are the once who suppose to carry the matter with Univa on my behalf. I am desperately in need of stove as my current stove has died and I really can't tolerate extra day without cooking for that matter as it is very much costly. Can someone assist in this regard
