damaged pots ( bought two weeks back)

Good morning

I have bought the Berlinger Haus pots two weeks back and I have used one pot only once and the lid got damaged just by falling down on the tile.

I’m very disappointed cause the lid can’t just fall into pieces just by falling once, for a product that cost R 4 499.00.

Now I wonder if this will happen to all the other pots or what.. and if that the case then I have to return them and get my refund as I expect them to last long.
