Damaged Paperback
Good day,<br> <br> I would like to bring to your attention that your quality control procedures of books aren't up to scratch.<br> If anything, I'm appalled with not only the physical condition in which your products are sent from warehouse, but also the packaging thereof.<br> <br> I recently purchased \The Host"by Stephanie Meyer (Paperback)"
