Damaged package and goods delivered

I bought a TV on Tuesday to be delivered in Thursday but reschedule for Friday. Come Friday they deliver damaged TV. I logged a return query and they said will fetch the TV of Monday btn 8-5pm MRRN-UNKQ9-PGZN. I contacted the call centre to ask if they can come after 2 and they said will confirm. No confirmation received. Come today 1 min before 5pm they sent SMS that they will reschedule. When I called them I was sent to pillar to post and my call was cut. Guys what am I suppose to do with and it was my first time buying anything from and I get such service. It's unbelievable that I have to sit the whole at home to entertain their reschedule.so now I don't have TV and no money and have to wait for them to tell me what day and time they have to come and take the TV back. I'm out of words, angry and disappointed at the same time. Escalation is not helping at al, it's just waste of time,my data and air time. I am so disappointed beyond words. Hopefully if they can take the TV back by tomorrow because the more I look at it the more I get angry. I wish some could have told me about such things.
