DAMAGED /MISSING PARTS : BAD SERVICE

Bad Service 😒😒😓😓😓😓 I placed an order that arrived damaged with missing parts. Since reporting it, they've promised pick-up for an exchange via endless SMS, but nothing happens and they completely ignoring my email ( Donnay.S and Buhle.M ). Very frustrating and unprofessional .NEVER BUYING FROM TAKEALOT AGAIN.
