damaged items received

I ordered 4 chairs and dining table, 2 out of 4 chairs were damaged. They didn't want to exchange 2 chairs instead they said please refund everything and we will assess and will issue the refund. I was waiting to get this delivery 2 weeks so returning everything would mean that we would still not have where to sit and eat for at least another 2 weeks. very disappointed, as we had a family dinner planned and could not return everything so at the end we had to keep damaged chairs...
