Damaged items on premier service delivery

Worst service ever two items in a row damaged before I could even use it. You pay extra so called premier delivery service then when the item arrives its damaged. When you register a return now the whole process takes longer than a week. Pathetic-the complaints line is the same line you call for returns and orders absolutely useless
