Damaged items: *** (***)

<p>I purchased 5 Berlinger Haus pots, all of them have small fine scratches and scuffs. I reported this as per reference: Damaged items: ********** (Ref. ********** ). I have been battling to speak to someone senior on a way forward as the call centre keeps blocking me. </p> <p> </p> <p>The same pots were advertised on groupon and they state in their fine print that their pots may have scratches as its display items. I also found the same disclaimer on bid or buy. The Takealot call centre was adamant that they sell nee items and that these pots were not display stock. There is also no disclaimer on the items I purchased stating it has scratches due to being display stock.</p>
