Damaged items

I ordered LED strip lights in March and received them with the packaging a little damaged and the rubber covering the bulbs was ripped. After attempting to set them up, lights would not go on. I logged a return on the 4th of April and returned everything that I had received it with. While tracking the return, it said that there were accessories missing (the remote). They then returned the strip lights without the remote, making the whole item useless.
