DAMAGED ITEMS

I have received numerous orders that were extremely damaged, and very poor quality. It is industry standard that products are inspected before shipped to customers, to maintain some standard of quality control. However, out of the numerous orders I have placed with Takealot, it is clear that they do not care. In my most recent order; the cover of a hardcover book was smeared in dirt.
