DAMAGED ITEM - "Unfortunately, we cannot accept your return request as the item is a non-returnable item."????????

Damaged wax cartridges were delivered to me which were leaking out in the parcel delivery box. I then arranged a collection to return items, only now to receive an email saying they are non-returnable items and Takealot will be sending these "DAMAGED LEAKING" items back?????? Unacceptable!!
