Damaged item returned still no refund since 17 Sept 2025

Order a Black 4 Plate Gas Stove with Fittings & Gas Cylinder - 9kg for R1098.00. Received the item and when i mamanged to assemble and want to use it I almost had my face burned or my hand. The pipe under the plate was not properly connected and I almost burned my hand when we switched it on. I returned it but yet Im still waiting for my refund. They have all the items and since 17September 2025 still in the process.
