DAMAGED ITEM & POOR SERVICE

I am very disappointed with the service I experience today. I have purchased for Takealot for the last 5 years and never have I ever had an experience such as this today. I purchased a file, this was tightly wrapped in cling wrap only. This caused the file to be damaged. When I was trying to investigate the product, the driver was pulling the item out of my hand and shouted at me. He was not in uniform, dressed inappropriately and demanded that I must pay him first before I inspect the item. This has never happened before with any other driver. He had no way of speaking to me. Thereafter I submitted a review on the product, as it was a 1 star review, this was rejected. Previously when I submitted they were good reviews, but off course, I was not aware that if we submit poor reviews that it will be rejected until today. This is very unprofessional.
