Damaged item & incomplete order. Negligence

I am disappointed with Takealot, other than the fact that they delivered my item late, when it eventually arrived it was damaged, it looked like the box had fallen off a truck. Order number:***

On my second order, I placed an order for 4 of the same display port converters and only 3 were delivered. When I called them about this they said they’ll have to check the warehouse to see if it’s a packing error. My issue with this, is especially the fact that I paid extra for an urgent delivery because I need all 4 items urgently and now I have to wait for them to check things that were supposed to be checked properly in the first place.
