Damaged item

I'm deeply sadness by the level of service I have received at Takealot recently. I wish they see this and respond.

I received a damaged item and I logged a return, they came and fetched that item on the 28/08 till date I haven't had.any communication from them. This is not the kinda of service I was expecting from them seeing that I have been buying from them for years ey
