DAMAGED ITEM

I have received a delivery today from takealot for headphones that I have ordered. The headphones lead is damaged and I would not expect this from takealot! I would not want it credited back to a voucher neither do I want a refund however I would like an exchange for the same item. I would like to send a photographs of the damage via email as well. Also, I would not be responsible to pay for delivery for a damaged item.
