Damaged, incomplete product

Last month I ordered from this company and they sent me an incomplete product and I requested that they replace the product but they decided to credit me. This month I ordered again from them and they also sent an incomplete product. I'm starting to believe that this company does this on purpose to make money on delivery fees. Now I logged a call with them to collect because they sent me an incomplete product.

My problem is I paid delivery fees and I know they will credit me so I can order and pay another delivery fee. This company is not offering the best service to their clients, I can't this year only they did it twice and they expect people from them and support the. This is really poor to customers
