Damaged in transit

I am very disgusted in takealot.com. it was the first time I ever supported them and most probably the last. At first they would deliver my package on the 11th of Jan, then it was the 3rd and all of a sudden it was the 31st of December. On the 31st of December someone called me and said they will deliver my package that they, I called them mutiple time and I never got an answer if it was on it's way. About 5 o'clock my fiance called them and they told him the driver had a breakdown and the packages will be delivered on the 2nd of Jan today I got a message saying my package was damaged in transit they will send it so me in 6-8 working days. There service is completely **** and will not support them ever again
