Damaged goods received - Takealot refuses to refund or return

I am appalled at your level of service, perhaps if i write a post on your page for everyone t see you might respond to my emails. You guys sent me damaged goods and when i logged a return you simply rejected it with no probable cause or reason and then proceeded to cancel another return with the same issue. You do not respond to any of my emails so now everyone can see that you have absolutely no accountability and you are just in the business of *****ing people's money without recourse. I will ensure everyone knows exactly what takealot is about and i will make it my mission to ensure no one ever goes through this ********* day light ******* again. Disgusting conduct.
