DAMAGED GOODS RECEIVED - NO HELP IN AMMEDING

I received a broken heater delivered on 02/07/2015. I call the returns department advising that I need another one delivered the next day as it was a gift for my grandmother. The agent advised that there was no stock of the specific one however they would deliver another instead and have them pickup and drop off the new one. 2hrs later they called back stating that the broken heater will only be credited to my account once they pick it up. I will then have to go and collect the other heater at their warehouse. I do not see why I have to collect the heater when I did not break the delivered one. I promised my grandmother the heater by Saturday 03/07/2015. She stays 2hrs out of CPT and I will be visiting her tomorrow. I normally purchase from Groupon and I never had problems like this before. For a first time Takealot customer I am extremely disappointed at the level of service I received. I am now waiting for my account to be refunded with the monies I spent purchasing this item. I would also like to add that I will not be using Takealot services again. I would rather drive to a store where I know my issues will be dealt with immediately.
