Damaged goods delivered more than once

If I could give negative stars I would!!!! I usually don’t have any problems with Takealot so when I ordered a dishwasher from them I expected the same good service....little did I know what I was in for! Over the past week it’s been an annoying back and forth and still not having received my dishwasher!

First delivery, the dishwasher is damaged and has water in it !! Second try...again the dishwasher is damaged and has water in it !!!! I have sent several emails, web queries etc asking that they ensure the third time around the dishwasher is in perfect condition...I would hope that knowing they’ve delivered two damaged units before they would jump at the opportunity to provide good customer service but alas that seems like an impossible request.

I am still waiting for someone to contact me to apologize and promise to ensure a non damaged dishwasher is delivered to me....
