We're the first to admit that we're not perfect & that mistakes are made, but it's really unfortunate that you've experienced this twice with the same order. We're sorry for the frustration & hassle this must've caused you & have assigned this to our complaints team to address & correct as soon as possible.
They're back in tomorrow morning & will be in touch as soon as the necessary arrangements have been made.
