Damaged Goods and Review Rejection from Takealot

I recently ordered a bicycle from Takealot, and I’m extremely disappointed with my purchase. The bike arrived damaged despite being wrapped in bubble wrap and cling wrap, with no box for additional protection. To make matters worse, Takealot rejected my review of the product, preventing me from leaving feedback for others. This has been a frustrating experience, and I would advise others to be cautious when ordering large items from Takealot.
