Damaged Goods

I’m really not happy with the service. I have submitted a request to have damaged product returned. They responded with a date that it would be collected on the 3rd of December 2024, however nobody turned up. Next thing the collection date magically changes to the 4th of December without any communication. When I try call them to ask what’s happening I don’t get through and to make matters worse I don’t even see an email to contact them This is not the first time a product was delivered and when I opened it was damaged. Poor service
