damaged goods

Bought slemming product from take a lot, the container was not as per advertised. The lid was broken, its not same container as advertised , I found a bug , web and what looked like buy feces

maybe it was sitting for too long it storage .

when i tracked my return it confirmed declised and email send.

there is no email i was on hold for 30 munites

just replace product and give me a fresh product or refund my money
