Damaged goods

Bought a TV , screen was cracked but we could only identify this once we had set it up . To set it up we had to change the plug to get the wire through the wall as its wall mounted . When we returned it for a cracked screen , they declined because the plug had been removed . This is totally unacceptable. Also the delivery was made in a motor car and the tv was standing on the back seat and not even secured when it was delivered .
