Damaged goods!

I ordered over R500 worth of cosmetics. The shampoo I ordered was not secured properly, it leaked all over my items. I struggled for 2 hours to get hold of a takealot consultant, eventually I got through and I had to submit photos. Clearly it can be seen that I reported this straight after delivery. I specifically ordered this from takelot due to the fast delivery. Now they need to fetch my parcel and the warehouse needs to evaluate what went wrong and I need to await my feedback! How long will this take?? YOUR warehouse cant pack properly and the lid was open due to the items not being secured and now I need to wait for an evaluation! I dealt with returns before, it takes forever! I am not happy with this outcome, I need a new bottle shampoo asap. Its a damaged product due to takealot's negligents.
