Damaged goods, 4 attempts to fix, 6 months later.

Hi there<br> More than 6 months ago I purchased speakers(Set) Takealot (12 Sep 2015). When I had received the speakers the one was faulty. I let them know and they asked me to return it. That I did, this was the first time they picked up the speaker. Then they said they couldn't replace them unless they have both speakers, more delaying. <br> Months later did they return my speaker, but they only returned one, I was never home so I could not oversee anything. The bad part is that this happened another 3 times still until today. I have explained this so many times to them and their higher management but no one ever helps me. They say I will be gotten back to and then nothing, just left in the dark. I have called and emailed so many times, and nothing, no one gets back to me. I'm scared I will never get my purchase :( It was a lot of money and I am not rich.<br> The worst part is that some of them tried to convince me that I only bought one speaker when I am fully aware of what I purchased as I know what is going on in the industry and what I had bought and that I am not stupid.<br> After so long and so much effort and 0 effort from their side, I literally have no idea what to do anymore.
