Damaged goods
I ordered a Vinyl clock 2 week ago which was delivered today the 1st of March. I told the driver to wait until i opened the box and he didn't want to. when i opened the box the clock was broken plus they gave me some Chinese battery. even the hands on the clock is in a terrible condition.
Even the box the clock came in was not even wrapped securely.
I want a replacement ASAP as i had to wait almost 2 weeks and now they can only collect on Monday which is ridiculous when the driver is in the area. That is not on.

11 Mar 2019, 08:05I called Takealot this morning again which is now 2 weeks later and nobody has bother to even tell me that I still have to wait another week for my replacement. This is actually not on and it seems hello peter ever since the main person left no one on this site bothers to assist or handle the consumer issues. I want MY REPLACEMENT CLOCK AND I WANT IT ASAP.

I called Takealot this morning again which is now 2 weeks later and nobody has bother to even tell me that I still have to wait another week for my replacement. This is actually not on and it seems hello peter ever since the main person left no one on this site bothers to assist or handle the consumer issues. I want MY REPLACEMENT CLOCK AND I WANT IT ASAP.
