DAMAGED GOODS

My daughter gifted my mom a TV in October 2017. November 2017 the Tv had terrible noises obviously a GREY PRODUCT. My mom complained daily, takealot eventually sent a S****** to pick it up, The TV cannot fit on the s******, so they have now shifted blame and refuse to collect the TV because my MOM did not keep the box...What a ******* my Mom is 80 years old. Is this the respect that Takealot renders to the helpless.
