Damaged goods

I ordered a book with some other household essentials. They decided to pack that book with liquids, which opened on delivery and messed all over the book. If it hadn’t been covered in plastic, it would have been drenched. But besides that, the book’s front page was damaged as well as the bottom corner, which looked to have been dropped. Upon request of returned goods, the second copy was damaged on the top and the top corner, which looked to be nibbled by something. I will now have to return this book for the second time and only hope that the third copy is correct.
