I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experiences with Takealot. I have consistently found that your prices are high while the quality of your electronic products is poor, leading to frequent returns.

I am also frustrated by the inflexibility of your voucher system. I currently hold a R3000 voucher that I feel compelled to use despite my concerns, as exchanging it for cash or using it at other stores is not an option. Given my past experiences, I anticipate issues with any order I place.

For example, a kids' laptop I purchased turned out to be a used item, and to my child's disappointment, the replacement was the same used product. Additionally, a stove I ordered recently stopped working before even a year.

I hope you will consider my feedback to improve the quality of your products.
